Trainees will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience across different departments, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in relevant fields or departments, e.g., finance, marketing, operations, industrial production, electrical, mechanical HRM, or others

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in a structured training program to learn about company operations and procedures.
∎ Assist in daily tasks and projects within assigned departments, gaining practical experience.
∎ Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
∎ Support the team in administrative duties, reporting, and data entry as needed.
∎ Attend workshops and training sessions to develop professional skills and knowledge.
∎ Provide feedback on the training experience and suggest areas for improvement.
