Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M.Com in Commerce background or equivalent with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist head of the department/section to prepare various export commercial related documents such as GSP, C/O, Bond (UP & UD), EPB, BGMEA, Customs, and Back to Back LC & Cash Incentives etc.
∎ To follow up export activities as instructed by the supervisor.
∎ To maintain various export statements.
∎ To conduct & process all kinds of BB L/C activities.
∎ To prepare files, collection of documents out PRC collection from bank & customer, submission thereof.
∎ To assist in preparing all files regarding opening of L/C, and submit to banks as instructed.
∎ To prepare all necessary export related documents.
∎ To submit shipping documents to respective offices on time.
∎ To assist in following up maturity and payment to customer bank with our bank and maintain communication thereby.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application is a MUST.
