Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA and MBA in Accounting, Management, and Finance.
∎ BSc & MSc in Mathematics, and Statistics also can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing day to day store operations.
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
∎ Ensure all receive and distribution of store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regularly.
∎ Physical checking of all kinds of materials.
∎ Should have knowledge regarding different inventory management techniques/systems (i.e.- LIFO/FIFO/FEFO etc.).
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Ensuring cleanness of the store.
∎ Maintain labor, driver and helper to smooth store operation.
∎ Reduce wastage by maintaining proper inventory system.
∎ Any additional task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be self-motivated, organized, and disciplined
∎ Should have patience and good negotiation capability
∎ Candidate must be proactive, smart, and sincere.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
∎ Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility
∎ Should have good analytical ability and good communication skills in English - both written & verbal
