Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate records of stock levels for all products
∎ Receive products from suppliers or the central warehouse as per the invoice and packing list
∎ Maintain proper documentation of goods received and inventory adjustments
∎ Ensure all received products are properly barcoded and activated in the system
∎ Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances
∎ Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor
∎ Update inventory movements (receiving, transfer, adjustments) in the system accurately and on time
∎ Work closely with the central warehouse and procurement teams regarding delivery issues, stock shortages, or overstocking
∎ Prepare regular inventory reports and share with management
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
