Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Provide excellent customer service over phone, mail, social media, live chat etc.
∎ Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Maintains customer records by updating account information.
∎ Respond to customer queries regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
∎ Make outbound calls and confirm orders for shipment.
∎ Monitor delivery partner's activities to make sure customers are getting proper service and on-time delivery.
∎ Handle customer complaints and take proper steps to resolve them.
∎ Upsell products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ 24X7 Rostering Duty.
∎ Night Shift for Males.
∎ Must have computer skills.
∎ Good voice quality (Especially in Bengali and English pronunciation).
∎ Ability to work under Pressure.
