∎ Provide excellent customer service over phone, mail, social media, live chat etc.
∎ Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Maintains customer records by updating account information.
∎ Respond to customer queries regarding products, orders, deliveries.
∎ Make out bound calls and confirm orders for shipment.
∎ Monitor delivery partner's activities to make sure customers are getting proper service and on time delivery.
∎ Handle customer complaints and take proper steps to resolve.
