∎ To provide the highest quality of service to the customers over the Phone, Social media, Email, Website, etc.
∎ Generate customer interest in the products & services.
∎ Convert customers to sales on Facebook, Instagram,E-mail.
∎ Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ An excellent oral and written communication skills (Both English and Bangla).
∎ Good typing skill both in Bangla (Avro) & English.
∎ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced.
