∎ Diploma in (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mechanical Engineer:
∎ Perform Repairing & troubleshooting of pump & motor, maintenance, installation and adjustment.Perform machine inspection, corrective & preventive maintenance procedures to ensure all equipment are in good at all time ready for production.
∎ Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
∎ Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
∎ Implements 5S,TPM, KYT, activities & safety first system in the production floor,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Chemical Engineer:
∎ Daily hull cell testing & titration work for analysis of plating bath solution.
∎ Daily analysis plating bath chemical concentration by operating atomic absorption spectrophotometer(AAS).Weekly sub material and chemical inventory.
∎ Cleaning & calibration of PH meter and other instruments for analysis lab.
∎ Machine parts inventory control & parts requisition to purchase(local & foreign),Ensure 5S & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment,Ensure product quality by standard operating procedure(SOP).
∎ Monthly PPE distribution, monitoring & control,Customer claim analysis & report making.Any other tasks assign by the department manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic computer knowledge, especially excel.
∎ English language proficiency.
