∎ Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ PR card receive, production schedule make.
∎ Chemical using of plating machine as per requirement.
∎ Handle Chemical as per MSDS rules.
∎ Maintain chemical in house stock as per ISO, EMS guideline.
∎ Daily requisition of material and arrange for delivery.
∎ Give completion entry of PR card.
∎ Follow up production and garbage.
∎ Machine operation control & Quality control.
∎ 5S & Safety control.
∎ Training & Feedback.
∎ KYT & Machine risk assessment.
∎ Color check & Pass.
∎ Identify the safety risk of machine or materials and taken action.
∎ Supervise worker’s activity & Machine maintenance,TPM.
∎ Willing to do OT & Shifting duty.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
