∎ Diploma in Mechanical/Power/Electrical Engineering

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic computer knowledge in MS Office, Power point.
∎ English language proficiency.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with sales & Customer to collect Gmts sample.
∎ Issue GCR & Data Sheet.
∎ In case of no-good GCR, notice to sales, as well as customer and explain how to rectify.
∎ If necessary visit customer for explain our SOP for ensure attachment and clear customer understanding.
∎ Update GCR Management file.
∎ Return one piece garments sample with GCR & Data sheet to customer for bulk garments follow up and keep one piece for our record.
∎ Willing to do work in field.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
