Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Enforce 5S methodology and safety protocols during maintenance.
∎ Monitor and address production delays and equipment-related issues.
∎ Optimize manpower and machinery utilization for productivity.
∎ Control production delays, remakes, and maintain m/c high quality.
∎ Assist in regular and preventive machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Support TPM activities and ensure efficient machinery utilization.
∎ Track KPIs related to maintenance efficiency and process improvement.
∎ Collaborate with senior & team leader for skill development and machine upgrades.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory also analyze breakdown to improve m/c condition.
