Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Efficiently utilize manpower and oversee machine maintenance.
∎ Perform breakdown maintenance and conduct root cause analysis.
∎ Monitor and control utility usage to optimize efficiency.
∎ Implement and sustain 5S practices to ensure a safe and organized workplace.
∎ Manage dyeing quality, minimize rejects, and optimize cost efficiency.
∎ Oversee asset monitoring to ensure proper utilization and upkeep.
∎ Implement preventive maintenance strategies to enhance machine longevity.
∎ Maintain process documentation and track target achievements.
∎ Supervise machine installation, maintenance, and spare parts management.
∎ Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
