Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Man, Machine & Process control in 3 shift ( Morning, Evening & Night).
∎ Daily Production control.
∎ Material & Sub-material FIFO maintain.
∎ Machine risk assessment & preventive measure.
∎ Quality, Reject & cost control.
∎ 5S & Safety control, Color judgement.
∎ KPI oriented work, TPM activity.
∎ Daily work documentation.
∎ Machine Maintenance & parts control & Machine installation & shifting
∎ Breakdown analysis & Technical problem solution.
∎ Training plan & execution.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Analytical knowledge.
∎ Evaluating, identifying and selecting products from suppliers.
∎ Color fastness, durability testing.
∎ Color development work.
∎ Creativity & ability to work well in teams.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Knowledge of MS Office
