Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Business Studies, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Job Context:
∎ Times ASL Call Center would also refer for a job placement to the prestigious Multi-National Companies, Banks, TELECOM Private Companies, Call Centers and FMCG`S etc.
∎ Duration of Training 2.5 months (5 days a week, 4 hours a day).
∎ Total Number of Classes: 50.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The training will be a part of your skill improvement and career development process.
∎ Gaining service knowledge through theoretical and practical hands on sessions.
∎ Special Course on Professional CV writing, Interview and Email.
∎ 20 hours professional business communication course in English Conducted by WSDA (Workplace Skills Development Academy) New Zealand.
∎ After successful completion certificate will be provided from BACCO (Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing) and WSDA.
∎ Minimum attendance required at training (90%) for successful completion.
∎ After successfully completion of the training, trainees will get training allowance.
∎ Disable and People from Ethnic Group are being encouraged to join.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
