∎ Receive Inbound Calls or Make Outbound Calls/ tele sales/ Social Media / telemarketing calls.
∎ Explaining ideas and information to customers.
∎ Dealing with customer files, records etc.
∎ Full-time work with 8 hours of shifting duty.
∎ Flexible to work in any shift (day/evening/night shifts)
∎ Should be able to convince people over the phone.
