Educational Requirements:
∎ Those who wish to pursue careers as the Trainee Brand Executive with us must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology / Cosmetic Science / Chemical Engineering / Bio-Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemistry / Pharmacy, Medical Science.
∎ Fresher’s or recently graduated (in above mentioned subjects) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Associated with the team of Brand and Product Management
∎ Focus on new product development and formulation analysis
∎ Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
∎ Research on market trends, consumer markets and competitors’ activities
∎ Monitor product positioning and consumer reactions
∎ Discovering new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
∎ Study on innovative growth strategies
∎ Stay aligned with the team members and direction of line supervisors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Smart and Excellent in communication
∎ Very good at research and analysis
∎ Good at Computer operation (Microsoft Applications)
∎ Eagar to learn new thinks and ready to take challenges.
∎ Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
