Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists in managing all sections of the building dwelling and maintenance.
∎ Guide and enforce all staffs: like-Supervisor, Lift Operator, Security Guards, Electrician, Plumber, Gardener, Cleaners, etc.
∎ Issue invoices to Apartment Owner’s & Tenants of the building.
∎ Communicate with Apartment Owner & Tenant regarding property related all issues.
∎ Have to take care the overall administration of the apartment as well as to conduct the meeting of the Owners association etc.
∎ Coordinate with rent payer and third parties to meet the need of maintenance and facility needs.
∎ Coordinate with third party vendors to conduct emergency maintenance and other services.
∎ Follow up common area of the building to make clean always.
∎ Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities.
∎ Reporting any problems or issues to the designated senior.
∎ Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Provide constant information to the superior on the property management issues.
∎ Be prompt to solve any problem regarding rentals and provide support in such area.
∎ Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
∎ Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
∎ Maintaining building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
∎ Handle any kind of situation to protect properties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred.
∎ Proven work experience as Property Manager.
∎ At least 7 years of overall experiences in relevant areas.
∎ Working knowledge of property regulations.
∎ Candidate must have experience in ERP & Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
