Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Discuss with potential clients such as doctors, diagnostic centers, hospitals, and clinic owners, identifying sales leads and opportunities.
∎ Conduct in-depth customer discussions to understand their needs and provide suitable product offerings.
∎ Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
∎ Achieve sales targets, and goals and work towards challenging objectives regularly.
∎ Work closely with the sales and marketing team to fulfill sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
∎ Prepare, process, and file documents according to hospital protocols.·
∎ Ensure all documentation is correctly labeled, organized, and stored.
∎ Assist in scheduling and confirming patient appointments.·
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
∎ Answer phones and respond to routine inquiries.·
∎ Forward calls to the appropriate departments and relay messages accurately.
∎ Adhere to hospital policies and regulations, including patient confidentiality and data protection.·
∎ Ensure that all actions comply with local, national, and international health standards.
∎ Perform routine tasks consistently and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.·
∎ Identify and report any issues that may arise during repetitive tasks.
∎ Tourist Medical Consultant Is responsible for performing various routine and repetitive tasks to support the daily operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently, particularly in areas requiring consistent and accurate task execution.
