Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any renowned university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and own all support-related metrics including ticket backlog, the average time to close, workload distribution, first response time, resolution time, and ticket escalations
∎ Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
∎ Receive, investigate and resolve customer issues
∎ Document all support information.
∎ Escalate customer issues as needed
∎ Manage day-to-day activity of all customer-oriented tasks to ensure schedule compliance
∎ Provide client / end-user support and technical issue resolution via email.
∎ Build rapport and elicit problem details and feedback from end users
∎ Provide timely, efficient, and pleasant follow-up to user questions or issues
∎ Track and manage incidents to closure
∎ Document all customer queries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in English communication with foreign clients.
∎ Working experience in the IT Industry would be a plus point.
∎ The candidate should be working as a good team member.
∎ Good English communication skills writing, verbal.
∎ Good computer knowledge.
