∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
∎ Educational requirements can be relaxed for experienced candidates
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,The University of Asia Pacific students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing/ Washing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Textile Engineering, Textile Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge in washing, dyeing, finishing and printing processes
∎ Good knowledge in dyes & chemicals, and recipe for textiles process
∎ Responsible for Water, Chemical & Energy reduction in textile processes
∎ Significant knowledge on latest technology and development in washing, dyeing, finishing and printing processes
∎ Know technology of modern dyeing and washing machinery
∎ Experience in working with low liquor ratio dyeing and washing machines
∎ Strong knowledge on modern dye house management and improve RFT in textile wet process.
∎ Ability to analyze the process steps and find out gaps
∎ Knowledge on sustainability in textile manufacturing processes and use of sustainability management tools like Higg FEM, CPI2 and ZDHC, etc.
∎ Communicate with different factory representatives and other stakeholders, assesses existing wet process & prepare unit assessment report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications including Power Point Presentation
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the washing-Dyeing-Finishing-Printing Process and minimizing the rejections
∎ Willingness to work with challenges
∎ Willingness to work under pressure and meet the deadline
Salary: Negotiable
