Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supports the Test Day and Examiner Resourcing Manager in the management of IELTS Examiners, Venue Staff, and external Examiners
∎ Supports recruitment and recertification processes for Examiners and Venue Staff
∎ Supports induction, training, and repeat training for Examiners and Venue Staff
∎ Ensure BOSS, IWAS, PSN and other required systems are kept up to date with Examiners and Venue staff details and status
∎ Identifies where more complex issues require resolution by other people and refers them on, usually to the Resourcing Manager for Test Day staff
∎ Act as point of contact and manage escalated issues in country from Examiners and Venue Staff
∎ Identify risks in any test day resourcing activities and escalate important issues through the Resourcing Manager
∎ Where necessary, tasks and coordinates others (e.g. internal colleagues or external contractors/suppliers)
∎ Provides support for the wider Exams team when capacity is an issue at peak times

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least one year work experience in similar role.
∎ Experience in identifying and minimising risk
∎ Experience in compliance environment
∎ Experience of working in a high volume, busy operational environment, delivering to standard
∎ Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children
∎ Experience of working with children

Salary: Tk. 46809 (Monthly)
