Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new sourcing partners for Vegetables, Paddy, Wheat, Maize etc.
∎ Prepare and present daily sales reports detailing sales, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Lead to develop assigned working areas in marketing planning, and executing to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
∎ Regular market visits to see the sourcing partnerships, growth opportunities, relationship building, and competitor's activities.
∎ Communicate with the sellers for selling the products for local sales.
∎ Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall customer experience and bring changes where necessary.
∎ Manage the logistics of the product and communicate with the buyers to ensure successful consignment.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 1-2 years of work experience.
∎ Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
∎ Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
∎ Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
∎ Good organizational skills include prioritizing, scheduling, meeting deadlines, and time management.
Salary: Tk. 17000 - 20000 (Monthly)
