∎ Area of experience: Should be an expert in handling EGP Tender (Govt. / Private Tender)
∎ Excellent communication skills & typing speed in both Bengali and English Language.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must follow the sales process (visiting clients/tender authorities, prospecting new clients, preparing and submitting offers/EGP tender, conducting initial meetings, and closing sales).
∎ Must have work experience on EGP Tender, Manual Tender, OTM Tender, RFP, RFQ.
∎ Need to identify, analyze, and respond to E-Tenders and procurement opportunities on various platforms.
∎ Need to develop a strategic approach to bidding, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
∎ Must need to manage bidding budgets, resources, and deadlines.
∎ Familiarity with E-Tendering platforms and government procurement processes.
∎ Prepare comprehensive and compelling bids, ensuring all requirements are met.
∎ Submit bids on time, adhering to submission guidelines and deadlines.
∎ To ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions.
∎ Sound knowledge about cost estimation/less or above bidding.
∎ Create essential documents such as technical proposals, price quotations, commercial invoices, and capability statements.
∎ Ensure all documentation complies with the standards and requirements of respective E-Tender and procurement platforms.
∎ Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of all relevant matters to the management as required.
∎ Report timely to senior management regarding forecast order status with client feedback about pricing.
∎ Strongly maintain a business communication network and relationship with all concerned departments/sectors.
∎ Follow the other task as directed or assigned by the Team Leader.
