∎ Follow up with clients and potential leads consistently.
∎ Respond quickly to inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Call clients to discuss products/services, answer queries, and build rapport.
∎ Manage and update all social media profiles to maintain an active online presence.
∎ Post regular updates and engage with followers to build brand awareness.
∎ Identify customer needs and convert leads into confirmed sales.
∎ Maintain records of calls, manage leads, and track sales progress.
∎ Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and report performance.🟢 Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with clients.
∎ Quick response time and ability to manage multiple inquiries.
∎ Strong sales mindset and understanding of telesales techniques.
∎ Knowledge of social media management and content posting.
