Job Context:
∎ International Telemarketing (Canada & USA)
∎ Office Hours: Night Shift - 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM (BST)
∎ Location: Remote (work from home)/ Banani Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Cold Calls to Potential Clients in USA/ Canada
∎ Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
∎ Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
∎ Handling customer complaints and enquiries.
∎ Provide total support to our ground sales team in Canada.
∎ Achieve daily targets based on KPI
∎ Manage large amounts of Outbound Calls in a timely manner.
∎ Collecting Clients feedback and queries
∎ Daily Reports to Supervisor or Line Manager
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports
∎ Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes.
∎ A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector.
∎ Forecasting and analyzing sales data.
∎ Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
∎ Implementing sales strategies.
∎ Compiling and presenting sales reports.
∎ Hiring telesales executives
∎ Supervising a team sales executive (2 to 3)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in call center
∎ Applicants MUST have Call Center experience
∎ Excellent Communication skills with customers and make cold calls time to time.
∎ Excellent Communication skills with customers in appropriate accent
∎ Good command in Microsoft office and CRM software specially excel for daily reporting
∎ Basic computer knowledge, intermediate skills on Google Docs, Sheets and Microsoft Office programs
∎ Basic knowledge on operating online software's
∎ Personal Desktop / Laptop with Webcam facility
∎ Good & Stable internet connection
∎ Operation:
∎ The call center representatives will work from home through the online based software.
Salary:
∎ Salary: BDT 20,000 - 40,000 / month plus sales commission (Depending on experience)Training will be provided
