Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC in Minimum HSC or above

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting existing customers to inform them about company's service and answering valid queries
∎ Encouraging existing customers to order more
∎ Engaging previously dropped customers into new customer base and resolving their problems
∎ Understanding the demand and supply of the product of the company and informing customers about the availability of the stock
∎ Understanding and receiving queries regarding contingent problems of transportation and delivery and providing necessary feedback
∎ Establish communication between clients and product delivery men if necessary
∎ Providing feedback to top management about customer management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Candidates having experience in call center jobs will be appreciated

Salary:
∎ Tk. 6000/-
