∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Customer Service, telesales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential customers over phone to explain our offer
∎ Listen to customers' objections and handle them effectively
∎ Answer questions about our package or the company
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database
∎ Take and process confirmation deal in an accurate manner
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
∎ Closing sales deals over the phone and maintain good customer relationships
∎ Achieve target to retain the company's goal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Inbound/Outbound Call Centre will get preference
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent phone manners and patience
∎ Basic Computer Skills including MS Excel, Emails, Reports
∎ Great Communication Skills in English and Bangla
∎ Always ready to come to work with a Smile
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic Salary BDT 10,000 to 12,000 and attractive sales incentives based on monthly sales target achievement.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
