Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, receive messages and provide information.
∎ Place outgoing calls
∎ Update telephone directory
∎ Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone calls
∎ Receiving caller's queries and forwarding to the concern officials
∎ Know what action to be take when an emergency call is required
∎ Understand PABX switchboard operations
∎ Conducting routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 2-5 years of working experience in related field in any reputed organization
∎ Fluency in spoken English is essential
∎ Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
