∎ Supervise and support a team of call center agents in their daily activities.
∎ Monitor call metrics (e.g., average handle time, first-call resolution, customer satisfaction).
∎ Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, feedback sessions, and team meetings.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
∎ Assist in the training of new agents.
∎ Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
∎ Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
