Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Customer Support through Phone, Sales Representative, Telemarketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make/take outbound calls to the USA to sell our products or services.
∎ We are looking for fluent English Speakers Only.
∎ Identify customers' needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in the database comprehensively.
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Need to be fluent in English.
∎ Must be fluent in English conversation.
∎ Dynamic sales skills.
∎ Punctuality and commitment to work.
∎ Self-motivated & hard working.
∎ Punctuality is a must.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Highly Attractive Sales Incentive from 1st month.
∎ Attendance Bonus: BDT 2000 from 1st month.
∎ Dinner Allowance: BDT 1500 after the 3rd month.
∎ Transport Allowance: BDT 1500 after the 6th month.
∎ Festive Bonus: Two
∎ Exclusive Sales / Telemarketing training will be provided without fees. The first week will be counted as OJT (On Job Training).
