∎ Must have excellent spoken English with a clear and confident voice.
∎ Ability to communicate fluently with USA customers over the phone
∎ Willingness to work the night shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (8-hour shift + 1-hour break).
∎ Projects involve U.S.-based Sales, Marketing, and After-Sales Services.
∎ Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential.
∎ Basic knowledge of computers and call-handling systems is required.
∎ Candidates with an English medium background will be given priority
∎ University students, dropouts, or freshers with excellent English are highly encouraged to apply.
