∎ Prioritizing high-potential leads and following up consistently to ensure conversion.
∎ Supporting team performance by ensuring consistent communication and conversion.
∎ Build strong relationships with customers to increase trust, engagement, and loyalty.
∎ Must maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in team interactions.
∎ Able to follow up on pending leads and re-engage interested users effectively.
∎ Should cooperate in team discussions, provide regular updates, and seek help when needed.
∎ Must adhere to compliance and customer interaction guidelines set by the company.
