Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Service, Tele Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for energetic Telesales Pro. Candidates have to be fluent in English in order to apply for the Job.
∎ Night Shift (8 pm to 5 am) & (9 pm to 6 am)
∎ Are you able to work 9 hours at Night? If YES then Apply for this JOB.
∎ LAST BUT NOT LEAST, NO ABSENTEEISM & LATE ALLOWED.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner to sell our product or services.
∎ Candidates should have ability to make instant decision and assist them further.
∎ Must be following communication "scripts" while dealing with customers.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
∎ Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Keep records of all effective tasks in our call center database in an intelligible way.
∎ Meet individuals/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
