Job Context:
∎ ICT Mart is looking to hire telemarketers for an international project. This project is being operated by their sister concern Unity Business Solutions (UBS).
∎ Workplace: House 1, Road 11, Block A, Chandrima Model Town, Main Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka 1207.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This project involves making outbound calls to the United States and setting appointments.
∎ This is a night shift job, 8 PM to 5 AM. You must be able to work at this time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be fluent in English
∎ Education qualification doesn't matter as long as you have good English-speaking and listening skills.
∎ Those with work experience in janitorial / Air duct appointment setting will get preference.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Attendance Bonus from first month Tk 1000. It will be increased after three months.
∎ After every five appointments it will be increased to $5 each.
∎ Diner facility (Tk 1000) will be facilized after three months.
∎ Working Hours: 5 days in a week (Monday to Friday), 8 Hours in a day.
