Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing customers
∎ Demonstrate excellent sales and persuasive skills to promote and sell our products.
∎ Explain our products clearly to the customer and answer any questions
∎ Follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
∎ Record and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
∎ "Please apply only if you are able to speak English."
