∎ - Responding to incoming & outgoing calls.
∎ - Meet the monthly sales target.
∎ - Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to generate interest and close sales.
∎ - Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ - Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvements based on customer interactions and market trends.
∎ - Stay informed about competitor products, industry trends, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
∎ - Briefing the benefits of the respective course to the customers.
∎ - Suggest new ways to promote company offerings, create organic growth, and increase sales volumes.
