∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to maintain appropriate/decent professional behavior towards patient/client.
∎ Assist patients and help them with official formalities and other works.
∎ Understanding the services offered by the company.
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Keeps patient appointments on schedule.
∎ Updating the database with all the customer's information.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Answering to customers' questions regarding products and services.
∎ Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
∎ Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.
∎ Listen to the patient queries/complain and address the issues.
∎ To notify, top-up and discusses with patient/client regarding bill as per queries over phone and face-to-face.
∎ Perform any other reasonable task that assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
