∎ 4 to 5 years of experience in infection control, sterilization, or hospital hygiene management
∎ Strong knowledge of hospital infection control protocols and hygiene standards
∎ Experience in sterilization procedures for medical equipment and OT instruments
∎ Familiarity with handling sterilization equipment (autoclaves, plasma sterilizers, ETO sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.)
∎ Ability to conduct infection surveillance and maintain hospital hygiene reports
∎ Knowledge of biomedical waste management and hospital-acquired infection (HAI) prevention
∎ Proficiency in training hospital staff on infection prevention and PPE usage
∎ Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
∎ 4 to 5 years of experience in infection control, sterilization, or hospital hygiene management

∎ Monitor and enforce hygiene policies in patient care areas, ICU, OT, and isolation wards.
∎ Ensure proper disposal and segregation of biomedical waste in compliance with national health regulations.
∎ Assist in conducting infection control audits and prepare reports on hospital infection rates.
∎ Collaborate with hospital staff and infection control officers to maintain a contamination-free environment.
∎ Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals and staff on best practices for infection prevention.
∎ Ensure the proper use of disinfectants and sterilization chemicals in medical facilities.
∎ Handle emergency decontamination procedures in case of an outbreak or contamination risk.
∎ Maintain sterilization and infection control records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards (WHO, CDC, JCI).
