∎ Minimum SSC or equivalent with 2 years’ experience.6months trade course completed will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cleaning medical supplies, equipment, instruments, and instrument trays.
∎ Following standard precautions for decontamination
∎ Monitor biological and chemical wash solutions that ensure consistent safety.
∎ Checking the sterilization equipment routinely to make sure that it's running properly.
∎ Performing quality control checks and maintain equipment such as steam autoclaves. Once it is verified then checking the equipment is working & operating the water sterilization tools according to established guidelines.
∎ Performing equipment inventory and restock supplies when needed.
∎ Maintain accurate sterilization records & also stock supply closets and collect and distribute instruments, trays, carts, and other medical facility equipment.
∎ Keep tools organized, sorting mismatched sets of instruments and making them available for physicians in a timely manner. Piece by piece, have to verify that equipment functions is being operated properly. When equipment is found defective, have to repair or replace it.
∎ Performs daily and weekly infection control tests to ensure maximum sterility.
∎ Preparing and packaging medical equipment for use in different department facilities.
