Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology/2 years course completed recognized by BTEB with minimum 2 years' experience
∎ The degree or certificate or training should be in respiratory therapy or a related field will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with consultant and physician during Bronchoscopy & Respiratory Procedure.
∎ Before and after every procedure, all the medical equipment and machineries are clean and tidy.
∎ Patient appointment given for procedure.
∎ Before procedure check all machineries equipment, it's working or not.
∎ Prepare the patients for doing procedure.
∎ Regular communicate with consultant and physician about their procedure.
∎ Maintain procedure record log book.
∎ To help consultant while making the patients report.
∎ To check patients vital signs after procedure.
∎ Provide different procedure like cannulation, catheterization etc.
∎ Attending different health checkup program.
∎ Attending BLS, ATLS, CPR in emergency cases.
∎ Preparing monthly medical census such as safety, quality and environment in endoscopy department.
∎ Maintain medical register book.
∎ Maintain hand hygiene and respiratory hygiene.
∎ To use personal protective equipments.
∎ To assist Bronchoscopy, Pleuroscopy ,EBUS, Cystoscopy etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
