Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum SSC/ HSC Pass & must read & write correct English.
∎ Educational requirement can be relaxed for experienced candidate.
∎ Skills Required: HVAC/ Chillers/ BMS/ Fire Detection & Protection System.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, Operate, maintain, Overhaul, Service and repair of all HVAC Equipment including all types of chillers.
∎ Install,Operate,Repair,Overhaul maintain including data recording of all types of HVAC equipment including all types of chillers, Building Management System(BMS),Fire Detection & Protection System, CCTV,Security System and any other related equipment.
∎ Perform inspections of chillers & other HVAC equipment, BMS, access control, CCTV, automation product, making repairs as needed or notifying management when necessary.
∎ Basic configuration of software and hardware, and perform installs and upgrades, as needed.
∎ Fault diagnosis and repair of electronics equipment of Chillers & other equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience & good knowledge in the following areas : HVAC/ Chillers of all types/HVAC/ Electrician/, Building Electrician/ Electrical/ Electronics.
∎ Practical experience must be required.
∎ Must have knowledge about maintenance of all types of HVAC Equipment/ Chillers/ BMS/ Fire Detection & Protection System/ Electronic Equipment circuit.
∎ Hard Work, Honesty, Patient, Punctuality will be the one of the main points for selection and have to follow the Government and Official Rules and Regulation of the company.
