Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with good academic result. Preference will be given to those having good knowledge of HVAC projects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tender Documents/Specification of HVAC (Heating Ventilating & Air conditioning) work for all kinds of materials as per approved drawing & Design.
∎ Prepare estimate & calculate cost for floor wise of total Project.
∎ Prepare estimate & Good knowledge specially in preparation of HVAC Tender.
∎ Check Materials Requisition as per estimate & finalize the required quantity discuss with Engineer (Project in charge) of different projects and instruction of your supervisor.
∎ Perform Cost Analysis.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assigned from time to time by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 03 year (s) for B.Sc & 05 year(s) for Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Supervision of HVAC
∎ Projects including after sales service experience of HVAC work.
∎ Must be expert on MS Office and Excel.
∎ Good knowledge about Computer operating and Specially MS Excel
∎ Good in reading HVAC drawing & design.
∎ Good knowledge about HVAC Cooling Load Estimate.
