Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing technical documents like business Requirements, SRS, SDD, User manuals, Guidelines and other project deliverables to meet contract requirements.
∎ Experience of participation in Government and Private tenders will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Should have experience in project identification and ground working with technical specification, budgeting, EOI, RFP etc. Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs.
∎ Compile, edit, and proofread commercial proposals which contain technical content and designs ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner.
∎ Develop and use all types of content types (Process Workflows / Process Schematics / Product Manuals / Instructional Videos / Training Manuals) to simplify the user’s understanding of the System.
∎ Review documents written by developers / PMs for a particular system and suggest changes / seek clarity to externalize the same documents.
∎ Disseminate technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience.
∎ Prepare requirement study reports, documents & prepare presentation to represent user requirements attending meetings and workshops.
∎ Maintain and adhere to document standards and convention.
∎ Work to improve documentation & presentation quality improvement of the company.
∎ Must have experience to prepare technical and nontechnical presentations as per client & project demand.
∎ Proficiency in Graphic Design tools e.g. Adobe XD, Adobe Ai, Adobe Photoshop, Figma etc. will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Candidates with knowledge of API documentation tools e.g. Swagger will be given advantage.

∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Team oriented attitude with strong communications skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
