∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science or business studies or a related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): call centre executive, Customer Support through Phone
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Full-time (Day and Night shift-24 hours Roster duty)
∎ Fresh graduates can apply also.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring technical department.
∎ Receive & make calls to overseas customers.
∎ Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone and other electronic mediums.
∎ Other duties may arise from time to time by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Honest, Smart & Hard working candidates are much preferable
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, organizational, and presentation skills. And communication skills must be required.
∎ Excellent communication (oral and written), Computer knowledge, and MS-office is required.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Talented, Strong Personality, Honest, Stress Management capability.
