Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/ MBA or equivalent from any reputed university in sales & marketing or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Market Research, Public Relation, Sales, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator, E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to the client's query over telephone and email.
∎ Provide the clients the payment schedule.
∎ Coordinate with Customer support service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Providing support on occasions of promotional events.
∎ Maintain customer Excel billing sheet and call them to update their accounts information.
∎ Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Deliver product information to the relevant customers.
∎ Do all kinds of needful to meet individual and team sales targets.
∎ Responsible for business communication with local and international partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Should be bachelor, smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ The candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms Such as Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, YouTube, Pinterest etc.
∎ A unique combination of creative and analytical talents.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, cope with stress and stay calm in a crisis.
∎ Good presentation and report writing skills.
∎ Must have online sales & Marketing Knowledge about eCommerce.
