∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support or IT operations role.
∎ Familiarity with cloud services, Linux/Windows environments, and support ticketing systems.
∎ Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
∎ Prior experience in fintech or software industries is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients and internal teams.
∎ Monitor systems and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
∎ Document issues and resolutions in support logs.
∎ Collaborate with engineering/product teams to resolve software bugs or service disruptions.
∎ Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.
∎ Train end-users and create knowledge base documents.
