Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge about workshop and field-service work on patrol/diesel engines and related mechanical products with electrical and mechanical experience.
∎ Should be capable to perform installation, commissioning, top and major overhauling work.
∎ Attend service calls by customers and perform trouble shooting to find out the root cause of the problem.
∎ Organize the maintenance operation including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, overhauling & schedule maintenance, and troubleshooting maintenance for different Diesel/Patrol engines.
∎ Take ownership of the problem and follow-up until the problem is solved.
∎ Compilation of service and repair reports that include proposals for remedy and proposals for the prevention of recurrence of the same problem.
∎ Should be proficient to perform Pre delivery inspection, warranty claim and campaign operation
∎ Should be capable to assist the service crew and provide assistance to the field operations
∎ Proactive regular customer visits for establishing a good relationship, provide maintenance and service advice to secure parts and service business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in maintenance and service of Marine/Industrial diesel/ patrol engines,
∎ generator set, will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge of IC Engine technology.
∎ Application knowledge in marine and power-generation technology.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills (Bengali and English).
