Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation from any reputed public or private university.
∎ Fluency in English is highly preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required material, equipment needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.
∎ Overall Tender preparation work
∎ Job Location - Dhaka ( Baridhara)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep Tracking of ongoing relevant tender notices.
∎ Informed to immediate supervisor & relevant salesperson about tender notice.
∎ Should have proper preparation & understanding of tender Work & Submission.
∎ Cooperate with sales department for the participation in different OEM/Brand's tenders.
∎ Use the templates or formats provided for tender.
∎ Structure the tender document clearly.
∎ Provide all relevant details information required for tender documents.
∎ Submit the tender according to deadline.
∎ Follow up of all tender after submission.
∎ Prepare monthly status reports as related to tender wins/losses & indicating reasons.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in relevant field will get preference.
∎ Business communication skill in Bangla & English both.
∎ Excellent aptitude in MS Excel and MS Word is essential, Bangla & English typing skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure & meet deadline.
