Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Technical Project Manager with 5+ years experience.
∎ As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our technology projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
∎ Execute project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
∎ Keeping track of software project progress, and ensuring all milestones & deadlines are met with quality, security, modifiability, extensibility.
∎ Anticipating problems through high awareness and proactive action. You should be able to easily quantify the impact of changing requirements and timelines.
∎ Oversee day-to-day technical operations, personnel review.
∎ Possess a deep understanding of technology trends and industry best practices.
∎ Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
∎ Proactively address challenges to ensure project success.
∎ Monitor project budgets and resource allocations, ensuring optimal utilization.
∎ Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
∎ Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 50 years
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects.
∎ Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes.
∎ Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
