Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Engineering with MBA from any reputed university
∎ Training/Trade Course: Industrial Training,Management Training
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Business Development, Creative Thinking, Management, PLC, Team Leading, Technical Sales

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Able to work under pressure, After Sales Service, AutoCAD, Automation, Budgeting, Communication skill, Management, Project Management, Technical Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Importer, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully understand various Brands of Instrumentation (e.g. Siemens, ABB, Endress+Hauser, PULSAR, Yokogawa, Emerson, Sierra, Wika Fluke, TESTO etc ) and Control System (e.g. Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens, Mitsubishi, B&R etc.) products & solutions and application of those products & solutions in the process industries.
∎ Fully understand various production processes in industries.
∎ Must have communication with Directors of the various industries.
∎ Approve of all engineering works. Designing, planning, evaluating, implementing and documenting industrial automation related projects and initiatives (PLC / HMI / VFD / Instrumentation / Servo Gain Adjustment / Data and Voice Networks / plant electrical distribution systems).
∎ Project Handover to the customer
∎ Project scheduling e.g. Defining Targets and Goals of all departmental works.
∎ Coordination with Head Office.
∎ Identification of Training Needs and Development.
∎ Organization Relationship
∎ Maintain Sales and service team
∎ Must have to achieve sales target
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should not have previous quick job switching history and should have target to work for long time with us.

Salary: Negotiable
